Insights (Bhalwal) International Journal of Humanities, Management, and Social Sciences (IIJHMSS) is a peer-reviewed social sciences journal that addresses contemporary social issues through original research drawn from management sciences, arts and the humanities. It is published monthly under the auspices of the Global Heritage Research Center for Languages and Literature and operates as a double-blind, open-access scholarly platform, welcoming submissions from scholars, researchers and practitioners from Pakistan and across the globe.

IIJHMSS conceptualises the social sciences as a connecting framework that links society, culture, institutions and human behaviour with knowledge produced in management and the humanities, examining how social realities shape—and are shaped by—organisations, leadership, education, public policy, communication, language, ethics, media and cultural life.
